Product Description
Self-supporting butterfly drop optical fiber cable (GJYXCH / GJYFXCH) is
constructed by placing the optical fiber unit in the center, with two parallel
steel wires (or non-metallic FRP strength members) positioned on both sides
as strength members. An additional messenger wire (steel wire) is added
on the outside, and the entire cable is extruded with a Low Smoke Zero
Halogen (LSZH) flame-retardant outer sheath.
Product Features
Small outer diameter, light weight, simple structure, and strong practicality.
Novel groove design, easy to strip and splice, simplifies installation
and maintenance.
Special bend-insensitive fiber provides wider bandwidth and excellent
communication transmission characteristics.
Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH) flame-retardant outer sheath, smooth surface,
eco-friendly and odorless。
The lateral pressure load is mainly borne by the strength members;
two parallel FRP strength members provide excellent crush resistance to protect the fiber.
Installation limits for this cable — pulling tension, bend radius and acceptance tests — are tabulated in our fiber optic cable installation guide.

Yes. Huifiber supplies cable under the buyer's own brand as well as under the Huifiber brand. Fibre count, jacket material, jacket print, drum marking, drum length, packaging and datasheet layout can all be produced to the customer's requirement, and the engineering team can work from a customer specification or adapt an existing construction to a new route requirement.
Every production batch is tested before it leaves the plant in Dongguan. Attenuation and geometry are measured on OTDR and optical bench equipment, and mechanical performance is verified against the datasheet for the construction. A factory test report is issued with each shipment, so an incoming inspection can be checked against the same numbers.
Send the fibre count and fibre type, the jacket material or fire rating, the route length or span and the drum length you need, the destination port or country, and any certification or test-report requirement. With those details the sales engineer can confirm the construction and return a quotation with an indicative lead time.
