Huifiber operates a dedicated fiber optic cable plant in Daojiao Town, Dongguan, in the Guangdong manufacturing belt. The site runs colouring, loose-tube extrusion, stranding, sheathing and rewinding lines in one building, which keeps a cable batch on a single quality record from fibre payout through to final drum packing.
Every production batch is tested before it leaves the plant. Attenuation and geometry are measured on OTDR and optical bench equipment, and mechanical performance is verified against the datasheet for the construction. A factory test report is issued with each shipment so that an incoming inspection can be checked against the same numbers.
The company holds RoHS and TLC product certification, and its management systems are built to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 — together with power-specific communication equipment network access licences and computer software copyrights. Huifiber is the manufacturing and export arm of Guangdong Juxianlan Communication Co., Ltd. (founded 2014).
Huifiber supplies cable under the buyer's own brand as well as under the Huifiber brand. Jacket print, drum marking, packaging and datasheet layout can all be produced to the customer's artwork, and our engineers can work from a customer specification or adapt an existing construction to a new route requirement.
