The TPU field cord uses a rugged thermoplastic polyurethane jacket over a reinforced core, built to survive repeated coiling, abrasion and field abuse where a PVC cord would fail. Bow-type cords keep a fixed bend profile for dense cabinets; invisible cable drops fiber in a sub-millimeter profile that can be glued along skirting and corners without visible trunking.
All cords are terminated to order: LC, SC, FC, ST, MPO and hybrid combinations, UPC or APC polish, single-mode OM1-OM5 fiber, and any length. They complement the standard LC/SC/FC/MPO jumpers and the splitter and ODF product lines on this site as one-stop patching for a build.

Selection and ordering
Order by series, connector combination (LC/SC/FC/ST/MPO, UPC or APC), fiber grade (OS2, OM1-OM5) and length. Hybrid and mode-conditioning cords are built to order; tell us the environment and density for a matched patching plan.
Packaging, delivery and support
Cables are supplied on standard wooden reels (2530, 4056 or 610 types) with embossed meter marks every meter and desiccant-packed ends; Specialty reel lengths follow the quotation and can be split to match splice-point spacing. Every reel ships with a factory test report covering attenuation, OTDR traces and geometric checks. As a Dongguan factory with 20,000+ m2 of production space we support OEM and ODM branding, neutral packaging, third-party inspection before loading, and consolidation with the patch cords, splitters and ODF hardware on this site in one container. Sample lengths are available for qualification, and our engineers review pulling plans, splice schedules and closure layouts free of charge before dispatch. Typical lead time is two to three weeks for standard builds and four to five weeks for span-engineered or OEM-branded orders, with photos and loading records sent before every container leaves the factory.

Yes. Huifiber supplies cable under the buyer's own brand as well as under the Huifiber brand. Fibre count, jacket material, jacket print, drum marking, drum length, packaging and datasheet layout can all be produced to the customer's requirement, and the engineering team can work from a customer specification or adapt an existing construction to a new route requirement.
Every production batch is tested before it leaves the plant in Dongguan. Attenuation and geometry are measured on OTDR and optical bench equipment, and mechanical performance is verified against the datasheet for the construction. A factory test report is issued with each shipment, so an incoming inspection can be checked against the same numbers.
Send the fibre count and fibre type, the jacket material or fire rating, the route length or span and the drum length you need, the destination port or country, and any certification or test-report requirement. With those details the sales engineer can confirm the construction and return a quotation with an indicative lead time.
