PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The structure of GDXTW photo -electric hybrid optical cable is designed by inserting single-mode or multi-mode optical fbers
into a loose tube made of high-modulus polyester material, flled with a waterproof compound. The loose tube and
insulatedcopper conductors of specified specifications are wrapped longitudinally with corrugated steel tape (PSP). Two parallel steel
wires are placed on both sides before extruding a polyethylene (PE) outer sheath to form the complete cable.
KEY FEATURES
Optoelectronic Integration: Solves power supply and signal transmission simutaneously, providing centralized monitoring andmaintenance
of equipment power.Mechanical Tensile Resistance: Two parallel steel wires guarantee high tensile strength and
compression resistance.Cost Reduction: Lowers procurement costs, eliminates secondary power line construction,
and saves installation expenses.Precise Excess Length Control Ensures superior mechanical and temperature properties for optimal optical pertormance.High Adaptability
: Compatible with diverse equipment and terminal devices with strong versatility and scalability.Broad Applications: Ideal solution for FTTH,
5G micro base stations, and mobile communication terminal power supply.

Values are typical reference data taken from the official Huifiber datasheet. Confirm the final specification against the datasheet before ordering.
GDXTW unitube photoelectric composite cable integrates single/multi-mode optical fibers and copper power wires for simultaneous power supply and data.
Yes. Huifiber supplies cable under the buyer's own brand as well as under the Huifiber brand. Fibre count, jacket material, jacket print, drum marking, drum length, packaging and datasheet layout can all be produced to the customer's requirement, and the engineering team can work from a customer specification or adapt an existing construction to a new route requirement.
Every production batch is tested before it leaves the plant in Dongguan. Attenuation and geometry are measured on OTDR and optical bench equipment, and mechanical performance is verified against the datasheet for the construction. A factory test report is issued with each shipment, so an incoming inspection can be checked against the same numbers.
Send the fibre count and fibre type, the jacket material or fire rating, the route length or span and the drum length you need, the destination port or country, and any certification or test-report requirement. With those details the sales engineer can confirm the construction and return a quotation with an indicative lead time.
