Quality management system established and operated to ISO 9001:2015, covering the complete production flow — fiber drawing, secondary coating, SZ stranding, sheathing and final inspection — with recorded incoming-material, in-process and finished-product checks for every production batch.
Environmental management established and operated to ISO 14001:2015 and applied across the Dongguan plant: waste handling, energy consumption and emissions control in optical fiber and cable manufacturing.
Occupational health and safety management established and operated to ISO 45001:2018, covering the production lines, the testing laboratory and warehouse operations.
Cables are manufactured and tested against IEC 60794 and the ITU-T G.652.D / G.657 series. Attenuation, tensile, crush and temperature-cycling test reports, together with a certificate of compliance, are issued with every order.
