Product Description
The structure of the GYFXY optical cable is formed by housing 250μm optical fibers
inside a loose tube made of high-modulus material, which is filled with a waterproof
compound. Two parallel non-metallic FRP strength members are placed on both sides of
the central loose tube, followed by an extruded Polyethylene (PE) outer sheath to complete the cable design.
Product Features
Excellent Mechanical & Temperature Performance Robust physical structural stability
with reliable operating capability across wide environmental temperature variations.
High Tensile Strength FRP Members Two parallel FRP non-metallic strength members provide
outstanding tensile resistance and structural integrity.
Hydrolysis-Resistant Tube Material The high-modulus loose tube material offers superior
hydrolysis resistance and high mechanical protection.
Special Water-Blocking Filling Jelly Filled with dedicated waterproof compound to deliver
critical waterblocking protection for the optical fibers.
All-Dielectric Anti-Interference Design Non-metallic structure design effectively prevents
radio frequency interference (RFI) and electromagnetic wave interference (EMI).
Compact, Lightweight & Easy Deployment Small outer diameter and lightweight construction
make handling, cable pulling, and installation effortless.

Values are typical reference data taken from the official Huifiber datasheet. Confirm the final specification against the datasheet before ordering.
GYFXY is a non-metallic outdoor cable with a central loose tube and FRP strength members, offering lightning resistance for duct and aerial routes.
Yes. Huifiber supplies cable under the buyer's own brand as well as under the Huifiber brand. Fibre count, jacket material, jacket print, drum marking, drum length, packaging and datasheet layout can all be produced to the customer's requirement, and the engineering team can work from a customer specification or adapt an existing construction to a new route requirement.
Every production batch is tested before it leaves the plant in Dongguan. Attenuation and geometry are measured on OTDR and optical bench equipment, and mechanical performance is verified against the datasheet for the construction. A factory test report is issued with each shipment, so an incoming inspection can be checked against the same numbers.
Send the fibre count and fibre type, the jacket material or fire rating, the route length or span and the drum length you need, the destination port or country, and any certification or test-report requirement. With those details the sales engineer can confirm the construction and return a quotation with an indicative lead time.
