The GYTA04 / GYTS04 direct-buried fiber optic cable is a stranded loose tube build with the 04 protection designation: 250 µm fibers in jelly-filled loose tubes stranded around a central strength member, wrapped with protective tape layers and finished with a robust PE sheath.
The 04 construction is aimed at termite- and rodent-exposed buried routes: the tape package and sheath system give the cable 1000/3000 N tensile and crush margins across the range, with 15D/30D bending radii that keep splicing straightforward in handholes and closures.

Selection and ordering
Order by fiber count (4-96), sheath variant and fiber type. Send the burial depth, soil type and termite risk class so the 04 package matches the route; larger counts and armored sub-duct options are available on request.
Packaging, delivery and support
Cables are supplied on standard wooden reels (2530, 4056 or 610 types) with embossed meter marks every meter and desiccant-packed ends; GYTA04/GYTS04 reel lengths follow the quotation and can be split to match splice-point spacing. Every reel ships with a factory test report covering attenuation, OTDR traces and geometric checks. As a Dongguan factory with 20,000+ m2 of production space we support OEM and ODM branding, neutral packaging, third-party inspection before loading, and consolidation with the patch cords, splitters and ODF hardware on this site in one container. Yes. Huifiber supplies cable under the buyer's own brand as well as under the Huifiber brand. Fibre count, jacket material, jacket print, drum marking, drum length, packaging and datasheet layout can all be produced to the customer's requirement, and the engineering team can work from a customer specification or adapt an existing construction to a new route requirement.
Every production batch is tested before it leaves the plant in Dongguan. Attenuation and geometry are measured on OTDR and optical bench equipment, and mechanical performance is verified against the datasheet for the construction. A factory test report is issued with each shipment, so an incoming inspection can be checked against the same numbers.
Send the fibre count and fibre type, the jacket material or fire rating, the route length or span and the drum length you need, the destination port or country, and any certification or test-report requirement.
