PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The structure of GYTA33/333 optical cable is formed by inserting single-mode or multi-mode
optical fibers into a loose tube made of high-modulus material, filled with a waterproof compound.
The center of the cable core is a metallic strength member; for optical cables with certain fiber counts,
a layer of Polyethylene (PE) needs to be extruded outside the metallic strength member.
The loose tubes (and filler rods) are stranded around the central strength member to form a compact and
circular cable core, with the gaps inside the core filled with water-blocking compound. After the Aluminum
Polyethylene Laminate (APL) is longitudinally applied and extruded with a Polyethylene (PE) inner sheath,
single-layer or double-layer fine round steel wire armouring is applied, and finally, a Polyethylene (PE)
outer sheath is extruded to complete the cable
PRODUCT FEATURES
Full cross-section water-blocking structure to ensure good water-blocking and moisture-proof performance.
Product service life of over 30 years.
Phosphatized steel wire central strength member features high modulus and corrosion resistance.
Special filling compound in loose tubes provides critical protection for optical fibers.
Longitudinally wrapped double-sided coated corrugated aluminum tape combined with fine round steel wire
wrapping armouring ensures high resistance to lateral pressure, high tensile strength, and bullet-proof properties.

Values are typical reference data taken from the official Huifiber datasheet. Confirm the final specification against the datasheet before ordering.
Huifiber GYTA33/GYTA333 armored underwater optical cable features fine round steel wire armor, full cross-section water blocking.
Yes. Huifiber supplies cable under the buyer's own brand as well as under the Huifiber brand. Fibre count, jacket material, jacket print, drum marking, drum length, packaging and datasheet layout can all be produced to the customer's requirement, and the engineering team can work from a customer specification or adapt an existing construction to a new route requirement.
Every production batch is tested before it leaves the plant in Dongguan. Attenuation and geometry are measured on OTDR and optical bench equipment, and mechanical performance is verified against the datasheet for the construction. A factory test report is issued with each shipment, so an incoming inspection can be checked against the same numbers.
Send the fibre count and fibre type, the jacket material or fire rating, the route length or span and the drum length you need, the destination port or country, and any certification or test-report requirement. With those details the sales engineer can confirm the construction and return a quotation with an indicative lead time.
