Product Description
The structure of the ASU optical cable consists of 250 μm optical fibers encased in a loose
tube made of high-modulus material, which is filled with a waterproof compound. The loose tube
and two high-strength non-metallic central strength members (FRP) are stranded into a compact
cable core. A ripcord and filler yarns are added inside the cable core for easy stripping,
and finally, a Polyethylene (PE) outer sheath is extruded to complete the cable structure.
Product Features
Compact & Cost-Effective: Small size, lightweight structure, low cost, and high fiber capacity.
Anti-Retraction Design: Specially designed tight cable structure effectively prevents
loose tube retraction.
Hydrolysis Resistance & High Strength: High-modulus loose tube material provides
excellent hydrolysis resistance and durability.
Dual FRP Strength Members: Two non-metallic FRP rods serve as strength members for
outstanding tensile performance.
Critical Fiber Protection: Central tube filled with special jelly compound provides
crucial protection for optical fibers.
Versatile Installation: Ideal for short-span aerial self-supporting and
duct/pipe installations.

Values are typical reference data taken from the official Huifiber datasheet. Confirm the final specification against the datasheet before ordering.
Wholesale Mini ASU all-dielectric self-supporting (ADSS) aerial fiber optic cable. Lightweight, lightning-immune, 8 to 24 cores, ideal for FTTx spans.
Yes. Huifiber supplies cable under the buyer's own brand as well as under the Huifiber brand. Fibre count, jacket material, jacket print, drum marking, drum length, packaging and datasheet layout can all be produced to the customer's requirement, and the engineering team can work from a customer specification or adapt an existing construction to a new route requirement.
Every production batch is tested before it leaves the plant in Dongguan. Attenuation and geometry are measured on OTDR and optical bench equipment, and mechanical performance is verified against the datasheet for the construction. A factory test report is issued with each shipment, so an incoming inspection can be checked against the same numbers.
Send the fibre count and fibre type, the jacket material or fire rating, the route length or span and the drum length you need, the destination port or country, and any certification or test-report requirement. With those details the sales engineer can confirm the construction and return a quotation with an indicative lead time.
