Product Description
The GJFJH / GJFJV indoor gigabit multimode flexible optical cable consists of
multi-strand aramid yarn strength members evenly distributed around multiple
tight-buffered gigabit multimode optical fibers, finished with a flame-retardant
PVC or LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) outer jacket.
Product Features
Tight-Buffered Fiber Structure: Easy to strip, handle, and terminate.
High-Performance Outer Jacket: Resistant to corrosion, moisture, UV rays, and flame.
Aramid Yarn Strength Members: Provides excellent tensile strength and durability.
Telecom-Grade Fiber Cores: Premium quality standard ensuring fast transmission and low signal loss.
All-Dielectric Construction: Fully immune to electromagnetic interference (EMI).
Compact & Lightweight: Small outer diameter and low weight for quick, effortless installation.
This GJFJH build is the Gigabit-grade variant of Huifiber's indoor tight-buffered breakout cable, supplied with OM1 and OM2 multimode fibre for existing 1G LAN backbones. It is the direct replacement for the 62.5 µm and 50 µm multimode cable most buildings were originally wired with, and it terminates with the same field-installable connectors your technicians already use.
Each multimode fibre is tight-buffered to 900 µm and reinforced with aramid yarn, then jacketed as an individual 2.0 mm subunit within a flame-retardant LSZH or OFNR outer sheath. The breakout design means no fan-out module is needed, and each leg can be cut to a different length to suit the equipment it serves.
Confirm the distances before choosing the grade: OM1 carries 1G to 300 m and OM2 to 550 m, so a long riser may need OM3 rather than OM2 even though it only runs at 1G today. If a 10G upgrade is on the roadmap within the cable's service life, specify OM3 or OM4 now — the incremental material cost is small compared with re-cabling a riser. For routes that pass through air-handling spaces, choose the plenum-rated jacket so no conduit is required.
Will this cable support 10G? OM2 will carry 10G but only to about 82 m, and OM1 to about 33 m. For longer 10G runs specify the OM3 variant.
Can I mix single-mode and multimode legs? Not within one breakout cable, but we can supply a hybrid construction with a mix of single-mode and multimode subunits to order.
Is a fan-out kit needed at the ends? No. Each leg is independently jacketed and reinforced, so it terminates directly like a patch cord.

Huifiber GJFJH/GJFJV indoor gigabit multimode optical cable features tight-buffered fiber structure, aramid yarn strength members.
Yes. Huifiber supplies cable under the buyer's own brand as well as under the Huifiber brand. Fibre count, jacket material, jacket print, drum marking, drum length, packaging and datasheet layout can all be produced to the customer's requirement, and the engineering team can work from a customer specification or adapt an existing construction to a new route requirement.
Every production batch is tested before it leaves the plant in Dongguan. Attenuation and geometry are measured on OTDR and optical bench equipment, and mechanical performance is verified against the datasheet for the construction. A factory test report is issued with each shipment, so an incoming inspection can be checked against the same numbers.
Send the fibre count and fibre type, the jacket material or fire rating, the route length or span and the drum length you need, the destination port or country, and any certification or test-report requirement. With those details the sales engineer can confirm the construction and return a quotation with an indicative lead time.
